A. Welcome & Commitment

LendWise helps you calculate EMIs, plan your loan repayments, and manage personal and auto loans. We are committed to protecting your information and using it solely to provide and improve the app’s services.

B. Data We Collect

• Loan Planning Data: Information you provide in the app, such as loan amount, interest rate, and loan tenure. Used exclusively to calculate EMIs, generate repayment schedules, and provide personalized loan planning features.
• Security Verification Data (Call Log Metadata): With your permission, the app accesses call log metadata (call time, duration, status) strictly to confirm voice-based OTP verification for secure login. Call content is never accessed, recorded, or stored.
• Profile Management Data: Optional profile photo via camera, used only if you choose to upload for account identification purposes.
• Approximate Location: Collected only to determine whether LendWise services are available in your region. Real-time location tracking is not performed.
• Device Metadata: Basic device information, such as model and operating system version, is collected solely to improve service performance, enhance security, and detect irregular activity.

C. How We Use Your Data

• Loan and EMI Services: Generate EMIs and repayment schedules for personal and auto loans, including “what-if” scenario planning.
• Security and Account Protection: Verify identity through voice OTP and detect abnormal activity.
• App Optimization and User Experience: Improve app performance, reliability, and interface usability.

D. Data Storage and Protection

All information is encrypted and securely stored on servers hosted by lendwisetech.com. Industry-standard security measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. Your personal data is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

E. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Deletion or account closure permanently removes your data from our systems.

F. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account, navigate to Me → Delete Account in the app. Once completed, all data linked to your account will be permanently removed.

G. Policy Updates

Privacy policy updates may occur due to service changes, legal requirements, or security improvements. Updates are posted within the app and take effect immediately.
